Clay W. Caron, CLTC

William H. Caron, CLTC

Clay is a native of Bethel, CT and a graduate of Sacred Heart University's Jack Welch College of Business with a B.S. degree in May, 2012. Immediately after finishing school, he received his Life/Health license from the State of CT. In that same year, Clay became certified by the CT Partnership for Long-Term Care, and attained his CLTC designation from the Corporation for Long-Term Care Certification. Clay has been recognized as a "Frontrunner" three times by a national carrier for Medicare Advantage plans. In 2015 Clay was awarded the "Best of Bethel's" award for Chamber Member of the Year, for helping the Bethel Chamber of Commerce launch a young professionals group and establish a presence in Northern Fairfield County. Since, he has been elected to the Board of Directors for the Bethel Chamber and remains active throughout the community. 

Bill Caron began his career in the insurance industry in 1989, specializing in Medicare Supplements and other life and health products related to the senior market. He received the prestigious LUTCF designation from the National Association of Life Underwriters in 1991, and the CLTC designation from the Corporation for Long Term Care Certificaton in 2002. He is also certified by the Connecticut Partnership for Long Term Care, and served on the United Agent Advisory Council from 2008 - 2011. As an independent broker, Bill has qualified among the national sales leaders for various companies in ten different years. Prior to his insurance career, Bill spent 13 years in the banking industry where he attained the level of Vice President in charge of lending and marketing. He is a 1974 graduate of Southern Connecticut State University and a 1981 graduate of the Southeastern Area Commerce and Industry Association.
